Uzbekistan Launches Online Confirmation for International Parcels

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new online feature for confirming international courier shipments has been launched on Uzbekistan’s Unified Portal of Interactive State Services (EPGU), according to the platform’s press service.

The service is available in the “Customs” section and is designed to confirm the processing of parcels arriving from abroad in the name of Uzbek citizens, including goods ordered via online marketplaces.

After an international shipment arrives, the user receives a push notification in their personal account on the EPGU portal. The notification displays key information about the parcel, including its description, declared value, and weight.

Through the portal, users can confirm the shipment for customs processing or reject it if the order was not placed or if the information contains errors.

The announcement states that the new service will help prevent unauthorized registration of goods in the names of third parties, accelerate customs procedures, and enable online verification of the value, content, and weight of incoming shipments.

It was also noted that at the end of 2025, the EPGU platform updated its international courier tracking function within the “International Mail” section.

Users now have access to automatically updated information on their remaining duty-free import allowance for parcels within the current month.
