Uzeltehsanoat Discusses Cooperation with Great Wall Motor

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The chairman of Uzbekistan’s Uzeltehsanoat Association, Mirziyod Yunusov, held talks with Great Wall Motor Vice President Andy Zhang, focusing on potential cooperation and joint projects, the association said.

The sides discussed industrial cooperation and opportunities to expand collaboration in the automotive sector. Special attention was given to the development of joint production and the localization of automotive components in Uzbekistan.

Participants noted the growing global demand for electric vehicles, hybrid cars, and modern transport technologies. Against this backdrop, the discussions also covered expanding cooperation in automotive manufacturing, the electrical engineering industry, and battery production systems.

The talks also addressed the development of automotive supply chains and the introduction of new technological solutions into production processes.
