The Government of Uzbekistan adopted decision "On the results of socio-economic development of Uzbekistan in 2012 and main priorities of economic program for 2013".

The decision said that it is planned to develop a complex programme on development of construction industry for 2013-2015 by 1 May 2013 and it will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the document, the programme will envisage expansion of production of modern construction and decoration materials, improve equipment of construction rganizations.

The Government of Uzbekistan approved a programme of construction works for 2013. The programme was developed in line with the presidential resolution on investment programme for 2013.

Within the programme, it is planned to construct, reconstruct and repair 325 objects, works on which were started in 2013.

Uzbekistan plans to construct, reconstruct and repair new 11,118 social, industrial, transport and engineering-communication infrastructures in 2013.
