Uzbekistan Regulator Revokes License of Crypto Exchange KOBEA GROUP

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Agency for Advanced Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) has annulled the license of the crypto exchange UzNEX, issued to the foreign enterprise KOBEA GROUP LLC.

According to the agency’s press service, the decision was made under Order No. 45 dated 25 May 2026, based on the company’s own request.

From 25 May 2026, license No. CE#0003 dated 22 February 2024 for operating a crypto exchange has been officially revoked.

Following the termination of its license, the company has opened a dedicated email address for resolving issues related to refunds of funds and crypto assets belonging to clients: refund@kobea-group.uz.

The company stated that refunds of funds and crypto assets will be processed within three to ten working days.
