Uzbekistan-China Regional Cooperation Forum Set for Xi’an
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The third interregional Uzbekistan–China Forum will be held on 21 May 2026, in the Chinese city of Xi’an, where it is expected to serve as a key platform for discussing the expansion of trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two countries.
The event will take place at the Xi’an International Conference Center and will bring together representatives of government bodies, regional administrations, industry associations, investment companies, and business communities from Uzbekistan and China.
As part of the forum, an exhibition will be organized featuring Uzbekistan’s national pavilion. It will serve as a unified platform to showcase the country’s export potential, investment proposals, industrial production capabilities, and regional opportunities.
The program includes presentations on Uzbekistan’s investment, industrial, export, and tourism potential. Special attention will be given to перспективные projects in education, science, agriculture, logistics, transport, digital technologies, and tourism.
The forum is viewed as an important instrument for further strengthening interregional cooperation, expanding collaboration, and establishing direct partnerships between regions of the two countries, as well as promoting new areas of economic engagement.
