The session will consider several draft documents directed at deepening inter-state cooperation in humanitarian sphere, ensuring safety, etc.

In particular, the CIS foreign ministers will consider draft agreement of the CIS on mutual acknowledgement of documents of higher and higher professional education, action plan on development of sports for 2013-2015, protocol on introduction of changes to agreement on cooperation in forming single educational area of the CIS. They will also consider issue on announcing 2014 as the Year of Tourism in the CIS.

The participants will also discuss a draft concept on cooperation of the CIS in fighting crime, committed with use of information technologies, agreement on order of forming and using joint groups of experts of border agencies to rapid reaction to threats to external borders of the CIS, etc.
