Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 3-4 August this year, within the framework of the Chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Tashkent will host the Forum of Heads of SCO Regions.

The events of the Business Program of the Forum will be held at the Hilton Tashkent city hotel.

The business program of the forum consists of a plenary session, 3 panel sessions, which will feature more than 50 speakers - heads of regions and heads of delegations of the SCO member states, including Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

In addition, the event is planned to be attended by over 150 representatives from the regions, as well as diplomatic missions of the SCO member states accredited in Tashkent, and more than 50 entrepreneurs.

A business forum, B2B meetings and a trip to the regions of Uzbekistan will be organized for the business community, and a number of agreements are expected to be signed as a result of these events.

Thus, the Forum will combine major events and thematic areas, turning into an effective dialogue platform for experts to discuss issues of developing cooperation in the economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres throughout the SCO space.
