Senators underlined that the document is aimed at further improving current order of legislation process at the Legislative Chamber, improve procedural mechanism on participation of political party factions and MPs Groups at consideration of laws at lower house of parliament.

It was said that the law will raise professional activity of MPs and role of political parties factions and MPs Groups in development and adoption of laws and legal documents, discussion and improvement of adopted laws, etc.

Senators said that the law will help to raise opportunities of political party factions and MPs Groups in all stages of law adoption, protect their positions on laws, etc. The law was approved by Senate.
