The shareholders’ meeting adopted decision to direct 54 billion soums of net income, received in nine months of 2012, to payment of dividends.

The company will pay 107,002.05 soums of dividends per ordinary and 32,100.61 soums per preferential shares. Nominal value of shares is 1,200 soums.

Number of securities, on which dividends are paid, makes up 505,247 units, of which 504,413 are ordinary and 834 are preferential stocks.

Quvasoycement open joint stock company is the third largest cement producer of Uzbekistan, which provides cement to Ferghana Valley of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Its capacity makes u 920,000 tonnes of cement a year.
