The Center for coordination and control over securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares.

Within the emission, the company will place 10.127 million shares with par value of 1,734 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 17.561 billion soums.

The shares will be place on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with nominal value of 1,495 soums to new ones with par value of 1,734 soums.

The company said that the part of shares for 15.14 billion soums is paid on par value and other part will be paid due to net income of previous years.

Qoqonspirt is put in maintenance in 1983. Basic aspects of commodity were sulfuric acid (500,000 tonnes/year) and ammophos (163,500 tonnes/year).

According to the order of The Cabinet of the Ministers of Republic of Uzbekistan from 24 January 1991 years for #131-P the plant reprofiled on discharge of edible ethanol. Share of Uzspirtsanoat in the compant makes up 51%, the state – 47% and other shareholders – 2%.
