President Mirziyoyev to Visit Ferghana Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to the Ferghana region on 27 April.

During the two-day visit, he is expected to familiarize himself with ongoing projects and development activities in the cities and districts of the region.

The head of state will review the implementation of initiatives in industry, agriculture, transport, tourism, and several other sectors.

Special attention will be given to the practical results of ongoing transformations at the local level.

In addition, the visit will include a meeting dedicated to discussing current and priority tasks for the further socio-economic development of the Ferghana region.
