President Mirziyoyev Reviews BCG Group OZ Operations in Chirchik

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has reviewed the activities of BCG Group OZ during a visit to the Chirchik chemical-industrial technopark.

The company specializes in the production of household chemicals, automotive chemicals and car care products, as well as professional cleaning agents for hotels, restaurants, and the industrial sector. It was noted that a significant share of such products had previously been imported, while domestic production has expanded in recent years.

The enterprise was implemented as part of a US$6 million investment project in cooperation with a Russian partner. More than 80 jobs have been created at the facility.

The company currently produces more than 80 types of products. Last year, output reached 176 billion soums, exports amounted to US$2.6 million, and import substitution effects were estimated at US$14.7 million.

Product quality is confirmed by national and international certifications, including ISO 9001 and Halal certificates, as well as documentation from CIS countries. Quality control is carried out at all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods, including laboratory testing of viscosity, pH, density, and product effectiveness.

The company’s products are exported to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan.

In the future, BCG Group OZ plans to increase production to 294 billion soums. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of such enterprises for the national economy.
