Vyksa Steel Works, which is part of OMK, will deliver 125,000 tonnes of pipes with 1,219 mm diameter and thickness of 17.5 mm from steel with rust-preventive cover.

OMK President Vladimir Markin said that participation in such wide-scale project as Central Asia – China shows successful cooperation with our partners. He expressed hope that new cooperation stage will be fruitful as well.

Third line of Central Asia – China pipeline will pass through territories of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. It will increase transit of Central Asian gas to China. The capacity of the project makes up 25 billion cubic meters of gas a year.

Vyksa Steel Works supplied 260,000 tonnes of pipes with diameter of 1,067 mm and thickness of 15.9 mm with rust-preventive cover to Central Asia-China gas pipeline.
