Within the charity event, new gas pipeline has been launched at Yettikon mahalla of Sayram village. Last year, citizens of mahalla contacted the information center of Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan and asked to help to construct 1.5 km of gas pipeline. Regional public council supported address. The project cost was 360 million soums, of which 310 million soums were own resources of the citizens. The project helped to provide gas to 600 families.

Members of Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan and active citizens planted trees at Kamolot Park in Namangan. Earlier, members of Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan carried out events on improvement of park.

Charity “Osh” was carried out for 160 representatives of socially vulnerable layers of population atShodiyona restaurant. Director of Namangan information center of Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan Gulchiroy Ishmatova presented a report on work of the forum in the first quarter of 2013. Participants of social and business projects, as well as grant receivers briefed participants about their projects.

At the event, four businesspersons and five participants of Navruz celebrations received certificates for preferential loans. Certificates and gifts were handed over to elder and resected people, while citizens from vulnerable layers of population received food products.

Members of the Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan organized a training for 30 businesspersons. The event was aimed at providing information about the activities of Forum, mechanisms of implementation of social and business projects, etc.

At the end of the event, Members of the Forum of social responsible citizens of Uzbekistan visited three enterprises, which earlier received assistance of the forum.
