Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President "On measures to create micro-centers of industry, crafts, household and livestock breeding in mahallas" was adopted.

The resolution will create micro-centers of industry, crafts, household and animal husbandry with the status of a legal entity in 421 mahallas.

State-owned objects and land for the organization of micro-centers are leased to entrepreneurs for a period of 5 years on the following conditions:

- reconstruction or overhaul of an object at its own expense or construction of buildings and structures on a land plot;

- creation and provision in the microcenter of at least 10 jobs in the areas of industry, crafts, households or at least 3 jobs in the areas of animal husbandry.

For land tax and property tax levied on legal entities for the objects of microcenters and land plots on which they are located, created for a period of 3 years from the date of commissioning of microcenters, a tax rate of 50 percent is applied.
