The document approved a regulation on order of issuing lands. According to the document, the process of preparing and agreeing materials on selection and allocation of land with the authorized bodies of the State Architecture Construction Inspection and State Committee on Land Geodesy and Cadaster will be conducted on one-stop-shop principle.

The document said that if the authorized bodies do not send notification about refusal on allocation of land within the application review period, it will be considered that the applicant received approval for use of land.

The regulation also regulates allocation of land if there is no construction documentation, refusal of allocation land for construction of object, order of development of construction project, issue of permission for construction, etc.
