The twenty first “Bazar-Art” Exhibition-Fair was held at Center for national art in Tashkent on 23 March 2013. The event was organized by Fund Forum and "IJOD" Association of artists, art critics and craftsmen of Uzbekistan. The exhibition-fair is organized twice a year.

Fund Forum said that master on ceramics Abduvahid Karimov (Bukhara) received 1 million soums of grant from GULI brand for purchase of ceramic oven.

Gulnara Karimov handed over a grant for 15 million soums to master on wood craving Ortik Fayzullaev to purchase alternative sources of energy. The grant was issued by Social Initiatives Support Fund and NGO “Forum of Socially Responsible Citizens of Uzbekistan”.

According to Fund Forum, overall nine grants worth 46 million soums have been issued since 2007.

During the ceremony, traditional art masters received eight soft loans as they contacted the information centers of NGO “Forum of Socially Responsible Citizens of Uzbekistan”.

Eight winners of Bazar-Art received diplomas and prizes. They are Hanifa Salimov (Master of traditional textile), Rahmathoja ALihojaev (Master of traditional coinage), Hayriddin Muhiddinov (Master of miniature), Kahramon Valiev (Master of wood craving), Mahfuza Salimova (Master of golden embroidery), Rustam Muzaffarov (Master of ceramics), Miyirbek Tajimuratov (Master of painting) and Rustam Yakubov (For preservation of traditions in modern works).
