The delegation of Oman arrived in Tashkent to participate at the first session of the Uzbek-Omani intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation and joint business council.

The sides considered current state and perspectives of development of bilateral relations in trade-economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

The sides underlined mutual interest in deepening relations in all areas of mutual interest and expanding legal-agreement base, boosting direct contacts among business circles of two states.

Mohammed bin Said al Lawati, Ambassador of Omann to Uzbekistan, participated at the negotiations.
