Abdulaziz Kamilov, Sergei Lebedev hold talks in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held a meeting with chairperson of the Executive Committee and Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Sergei Lebedev in Tashkent on 4 April.

The Uzbek ministry said in a statement that the sides considered agenda and other issues related to the session of the Council of ministers of foreign affairs of the CIS, which will be held in Tashkent on 5 April 2013.

It is expected that the delegations of foreign ministries of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine will attend the event.

The sides also exchanged opinion on separate aspects of interaction between Uzbekistan and the CIS.
