The shareholders adopted decision on calculation of 100 soums of dividend per ordinary share. The company will pay 90 soums of dividends per share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2,968,227 ordinary shares, the company added.

As reported earlier, Uzvagontamir open recorded 598.388 million soums of net income in 2010 against 801.672 million soums in 2009.

Uzvagontamir OJSC unites five wagon depots – Havast, Andijan, Samarkand, Kungrad and Termez, using potential of which the enterprise can repair over 650 components of freight wagons. The company can carry out various repair works of wagon.
