The shareholders of the bank distributed the profit for 2016. The shareholders sent about 3.61 billion soums to form the general-purpose reserve and 14.252 billion soums to form the fund for soft loans.

The Bank also directed 14.438 billion soums to form the reserve for assets, classified as "standard". About 14.797 billion soums will be spent on the capitalization of the charter capital.

The bank allocated 1.555 billion soums to pay dividends on preferential shares and 21.657 billion soums on common shares.

The shareholders allocated 411.8 million soums to remuneration of the management and control bodies of the bank. The shareholders kept 1.47 billion soums as undistributed.
