Uzkimyosanoat to pay dividends for 10.35 soums per share

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General shareholders meeting of Uzkimyosanoat state joint stock company (Uzbek Chemistry Industry) adopted decision on payment of dividends for 2010, the company announced.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, the company will pay 10.35 soums of dividends per ordinary share with par value of 10,000 soums

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 13,078,400 ordinary shares, the company added.

Net income of Uzkimyosanoat made up 9.8 billion soums in 2010 compared to 8.185 billion soums in 2009.
