The sector produced 83.8% of industrial output of Uzbekistan and 99.9% of agriculture production in the reporting period. About 92.2% of construction works were executed by non-state sector.

Share of the non-state sector in transportation made up 70.3%, communication – 95.3% and retail trade turnover – 99.7%. The sector rendered 79.9% of paid services in Uzbekistan in the reporting period.

Share of the sector in foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan reached 75.2% in the reporting period. The sector employed over 78.1% of people, engaged in economy.
