Uzbekistan U-17 Names Squad for AFC Asian Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbekistan Under-17 national football team has announced its final squad for participation in the AFC U17 Asian Cup. The team has already departed for Saudi Arabia, where it will play a final friendly match ahead of the start of the tournament.

Uzbekistan will begin its campaign on May 6 with a match against the DPR Korea team. The squad is being prepared under the guidance of the coaching staff led by Sergei Chigodaev.

The goalkeeping lineup includes Olimjon Shamuratov, Mehroj Sirojiddinov, and Abdulboriy Zoidjonov.

The defensive line consists of Mashkhurbek Abdissoliev, Muhammad-Aziz Ruziboev, Muhammad Khakimov, Elsevar Olimov, Mirjamol Anvarov, Nur-Muhammad Uktamov, Adis Abdunabiev, and Abubakir Rakhimov.

The midfield features Muhammad Mamatov, Amirkhon Erkinov, Islam Ravshanov, Mirkomil Murodov, Sukhrob Sadirjanov, Muhammad-Odilkhon Orifkhonov, Jakhongir-Mirzo Uktamboev, Akhror Ravshanbekov, and Farrukh Khaitmurodov.

The attacking line includes Asilbek Aliev, Laziz Abdurayimov, and Rustam Aliev.
