Uzbekistan showcases electrical products at Syria forum
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Syria–Uzbekistan Economic Forum was held in the city of Aleppo in the Syrian Arab Republic, serving as a platform for expanding trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Syria.
Participants discussed new areas of cooperation and prospects for implementing joint projects between business communities of the two countries.
A delegation of Uzbekistan’s electrical engineering enterprises led by the Chairman of the Uzelttehsanoat Association M. Yunusov took part in the forum. During the event, products of Uzbekistan’s domestic electrical industry were presented, along with export opportunities and the potential for expanding the presence of Uzbek manufacturers in foreign markets.
A separate part of the program included B2B negotiations between Uzbek and Syrian business representatives. The discussions focused on supplies of electrical products, expansion of trade relations, and industrial cooperation aimed at forming sustainable partnership chains.
Following the forum, it was noted that the event could contribute to the entry of Uzbek electrical products into the Syrian market, the creation of new export destinations for domestic producers, and the further strengthening of practical bilateral cooperation.
