The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify the Kazakh side of the completion of domestic procedures required for the agreement to enter into force, as well as to inform it about the designated competent authority on the Uzbek side.

The Cabinet of Ministers and relevant agencies have been tasked with overseeing implementation of the agreement once it becomes legally effective. Overall coordination and supervision have been assigned to the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.
