The decree approved instruction on order of carrying out notary actions by notary officers and enters into force on 1 June 2010.

The document entrusted department of legislation systemization and legal information and department on notary, civilian registrars and lawyers of the Justice Minister to deliver this legal act to all interest persons within ten days.

Department on notary, civilian registrars and lawyers of the Justice Minister in cooperation with notary offices will hold seminars in April-May 2010 dedicated to use of new instruction.
