Uzbek telecom complex sums up 1Q results

UzA reported that the complex produced goods and rendered services for 283.3 billion soums in January-March 2008. The growth rate comprised 54.6% year-on-year. The agency said the export plan executed for 116.4%.

Under projects included into investment programme, the sector utilized foreign direct investments for 51.9 billion soums or US$39.3 million (up by 8.1% compared to planned).
