The press service of Toshshahartranskhizmat said that the decision was adopted to improve payment of public transportation services with use of banking payment cards, expand services to population, etc.

New system envisages that passengers can pay for public transport services with tokens along with cash and monthly travel cards. Tokens will be accepted in buses and trams.

The Association said that tokens can be purchased only with use of banking payment cards at points, which realize monthly travel cards.

Association Toshshahartranskhizmat said that tokens are not accepted at underground, route buses and taxis.
