Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 April this year, a working group led by the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov, consisting of responsible heads of departments, industry associations and local authorities, visited a number of facilities in Khorezm region.

During the visit, the effectiveness of the ongoing measures to support export activities and increase industrial production, the progress of work on the accelerated implementation of the regional investment program, and also developed practical tasks for the further socio-economic development of the region were studied. Separately, the need to strengthen targeted measures to support project initiators and exporting manufacturers was noted. In accordance with the tasks set earlier, assigned to each major project and sectoral production facilities, the employees of the Ministry and subordinate organizations are systematically working to identify and resolve issues of entrepreneurs.

The working group made a tour to a number of facilities, including Khorazm Sulfate Business LLC, which produces sodium sulfate, Khiva Cluster LLC and UZTEX GROUP LLC, which produce textile products, Khorazm Shisha Yidishlari LLC, which specializes in the production of glass products . The created infrastructure conditions in the FEZ "Yangibazar", "IT-Park Xorazm", the project of "Grand Dream House" LLC for the production of padding polyester, the carpet factory of "Khorazm vokha gilamlari" LLC and the project for the production of building materials of "Khorezm Insulation Group" LLC were also studied. .

During the meetings on the ground, entrepreneurs shared the challenges they face in their daily activities and plans to expand and further modernize enterprises.

A separate stop on the route is the Khorezm Academy of Mamun, where the working group got acquainted with the educational processes and worked out the possibilities of including areas in demand in the field of investment, industrial production and export activities in the training programs.

Based on the results of the tour, the responsible leaders were given targeted instructions to take measures to resolve all the issues raised and develop constructive proposals for use in the preparation and introduction of comprehensive decisions at the republican level.

On the same day, under the leadership of the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov, a meeting was held via videoconference with the participation of heads of departments, industry associations, local authorities, during which the reports of the relevant leaders were heard in a critical manner.

Tasks were set to improve the efficiency of work and provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in order to ensure accelerated growth in regional exports and industrial production.
