In line with the decision of the general shareholders meeting, Tashkent Yog’-Moy Combine OJSC JV will pay 54 soums of dividends per ordinary share with nominal value of 100 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 6,401,677 ordinary stocks, the company said in the statement.

As reported earlier, net income of Tashkent Yog’-Moy Combine OJSC JV grew from 92.731 million soums in 2009 to 689.961 million soums in 2010.
