Sweden’s Green14 explores investment projects in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held on 23 April between Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Akram Aliev and a delegation from Swedish innovative company Green14, led by its founder Adam Podgorski.
Green14, founded in 2021, specializes in developing environmentally friendly technologies for the production of critical materials used in electronics, energy, and heavy industry.
During the talks, the Swedish side noted the favorable investment climate established in Uzbekistan and expressed interest in implementing joint projects in the geological sector.
Particular attention was given to the prospects of introducing advanced technologies in the extraction of critical minerals and the development of powder metallurgy within the country.
The parties discussed opportunities for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, including the launch of high-tech production facilities and the manufacturing of high value-added products using modern Swedish technological solutions.
The discussions also highlighted the importance of technology transfer and the development of joint initiatives aimed at improving industrial efficiency and exploring new directions in the raw materials sector.
