Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent khokim Shavkat Umurzakov said that the damage caused to the affected homeowners will be compensated.

The Tashkent khokimiyat stated that, along with eliminating the fire that broke out at night and providing assistance to the victims, work has begun to assess and stage-by-stage compensation for material damage.

“The material damage will be compensated within 2-3 days, we will solve these problems,” said the city khokim who arrived at the scene of the emergency.
