According to the company, the size of the dividend per ordinary share will make up 35 soums and preferential share – 250 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2,650,188 ordinary shares and 67,953 preferential shares, the company said.

The company will direct 109.745 million soums to payment of dividends, of which 92.757 million soums will be paid to ordinary shares and 16.988 million soums on preferential shares.

As reported earlier, publishing polygraph joint stock company Sharq received net income for 185.511 million soums in 2010.
