Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan developed the programme to ensure the growth of employment, income and live standards of population, effective use of existing potential of the regions and industries to increase demand to workplaces in labour market.

Senators underlined that forecasted parameters of the Programme determined based on needs in workplaces for employment of young people, who for the first time enter to labour market, as well as all existing opportunities and reserves to create new workplaces and ensuring employment of population.

New workplaces will be created due to realization of investment programme, programme on localization of production, modernization, technical and technologic re-equipment of leading industry, creation of small enterprises and microfirms, development of private entrepreneurship, outwork, expansion of farms.
