The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 152,600 ordinary shares with par value of 10,156 soums each. Total volume of the emission is 1.549 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placated on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The part of the emission for 1.526 billion soums was paid, while other part for 23.805 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
