Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Experts from the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Studies (IMRS) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan have analyzed rental housing prices in Tashkent for March 2025.

Key findings on rent dynamics for January–March 2025:

The average rental cost for one-, two-, and three-room apartments in the capital significantly decreased compared to the same period in 2024.

The rent for four-room apartments slightly increased, mainly due to fully renovated “luxury” apartments in the Shaykhontokhur district.

Average rental prices for apartments with standard renovation in March 2025:

1-room: US$296 (down 16.6% from US$356 in March 2024)

2-room: US$379 (down 4.6% from US$396)

3-room: US$454 (down 2.9% from US$467)

4-room: US$521 (down 4.7% from US$538)

The analysis was based on open-source data collected from the platform olx.uz using web scraping methods. A total of 39,400 listings were analyzed in March 2025, compared to 52,200 listings in March 2024.
