Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Russia on an official visit from 5 to 7 October.

According to the press service of the head of Uzbekistan, Russian President Vladimir Putin invited Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Russian Federation.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks in Moscow.

Also, the head of Uzbekistan will also meet with the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin.

The parties will discuss issues of further deepening bilateral relations of strategic partnership and alliance. Particular attention will be paid to expanding practical cooperation, primarily in the trade, economic, investment, migration and humanitarian spheres.

As part of the visit, the President of Uzbekistan will also visit Tatarstan, where negotiations will be held with Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.
