According to the decision of shareholders, Ozbekiston Pochtasi will pay 255.4 soums of dividends for preferential shares or 20% from par value of share.

The company will pay 223.91 soums of dividends for ordinary share or 17.53% from nominal value of shares.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 8,240,228 shares, of which 8,013,450 shares are ordinary and 226,778 are preferential stocks.

The company said it will direct 1.794 billion soums to payment of dividends for ordinary shares and 57.919 million soums on preferential shares. The dividends will be paid with money resources (cash and wire transfer)

Net income of Uzbekistan Pochtasi grew from 2.939 billion soums in 2009 to 3.704 billion soums in 2010.
