Oxus Gold names Richard Wilkins as CEO

He will replace William Trew who is stepping down as chief executive, and resigning as a director, to pursue other business interests.

The company also said John Donald will join the board as an executive director and will be appointed as chief operating officer.

Oxus also named Jonathan Kipps company secretary in addition to his current role as finance director.
