The company added that general shareholders meeting of Kvartz adopted decision to pay 75,735 soums of dividends per ordinary share with par value of 4,500 soums.

Total number of shares, on which the enterprise pays dividends, makes up 145,236, the company added. As reported earlier, the company paid 108,000 soums of dividends per each share in 2009.
