Issues of strengthening the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and private property were discussed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Improving the business environment in our country, supporting entrepreneurship, which is an important part of the economy, is one of the priorities of state policy.

Today, Uzbekistan is on the path to creating broad opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship by supporting them, eliminating any difficulties that may be an obstacle to their activities, and preventing unreasonable interference.

As a logical continuation of these reforms, the renewing Constitution reflects the dignity of a person, ensuring his rights and freedoms as one of the main fundamental foundations of any democratic-legal state.

On 10 April, a round table was organized on the topic "Strengthening the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and private property in the framework of constitutional reforms."

The round table was attended by about 100 entrepreneurs, international experts, the Business Ombudsman of Georgia, representatives of about ten associations operating in the field of entrepreneurship, in particular, Islam Jasimov, First Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and representatives of international organizations.

It expressed opinions on the content and significance of the amendments made to the amended Constitution regarding entrepreneurship.

The updated draft Constitution also includes changes related to ensuring freedom of entrepreneurial activity, inviolability of private property, and a favorable investment and business climate.
