Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has greeted President of the United Mexican States Felipe Calderon Hinojosa on the national holiday – Independence Day.

In his note, the Uzbek President Islam Karimov expressed hope for a further development and consolidation of mutually favorable ties between Uzbekistan and Mexico, and wished Felipe Calderon Hinojosa a sound health and wellbeing, along with peace and prosperity to the Mexican people.
