Four new envoys hand over credentials to Uzbek President
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov received credentials from newly appointed Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Slovak Republic Juraj Sivacek, Saudi Arabia Abdurahman bin Abdulla ash-Shae, India Anumul Gitesh Sarma and Italy Riccardo Manara at the presidential residence Oqsaroy on 9 September.

Uzbek President Islam Karimov underlined that bilateral relations with these countries are developing dynamically and wished success in their responsible and honourable mission, UzA reported.

Slovak envoy Juraj Sivacek said that his main mission is to further strengthen mutual beneficial relations between two states.

Saudi Arabian envoy Abdurahman bin Abdulla ash-Shae stated that his mission in Uzbekistan is good opportunity for deepening relations between two countries in areas of mutual interest.

Indian Ambassador Anumul Gitesh Sarma said that it is honour to represent India in Uzbekistan and stated that he will do his best to gradual development of the Uzbek-Indian cooperation.

Riccardo Manara underlined that Italy and Uzbekistan have all opportunities for effective development of mutual relations. He will direct all his best in this direction.

During the meetings of the Uzbek President Islam Karimov and foreign envoys, the sides discussed trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres.
