As reported earlier, Baliqchi open joint stock company posted 2.606 billion soums of net income in 2010 against 1.703 billion soums in 2009.

Shareholders of the company directed over 1.956 billion soums to development of production and 650 million soums to payment of dividends.

In line with the decision, the company will direct 646.589 million soums to payment of dividends on ordinary shares and 3.311 million soums – on preferential shares.

At the same time, the company will pay 13,280.25 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 2,600 soums per preferential stock.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 48,688 ordinary and 1,312 preferential stocks, the company underlined.
