Senior technologist of Asl Oyna Farhod Ismatov said that the shop is equipped with modern equipment, which will allow to produce transparent glasses of high quality and it is only such capacity in the Central Asian region.

Farhod Ismatov added that equipment with the cost over US$600,000 and imported from Russia, China and Ukraine.

He underlined that the capacity of the shop will allow to process (enrich and clean) up to 3 tonnes of quartz sand and dolomite an hour. At the same time, introduction of latest technologic solutions helped to achieve multilevel enrichment and cleaning of quartz sand and dolomite.

In his turn, this will help enterprise to ensure high quality glassware production and attract orders for glassware from producers of construction materials, glassware products and other sectors, which use enriched quartz sand and dolomite.

Asl Oyna OJSC launched production of glassware products for 22 million euros in October 2009.

Germany’s HEYE International GmbH supplied technological equipment to Asl Oyna. The enterprise will produce 150 tonnes of glass mass a day and 126 million units of ready glassware products a year.

Asl Oyna has an opportunity on production of various glassware goods from flint glass and colour glass.
