In line with the decision of the government, the branch was renamed into the branch Federal State Budget Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education “Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov” in Tashkent city.

The presidential resolution said that the students will be accepted and graduates will be attested in line with order and dates, set by the university. Earlier, enrollment of students was conducted in line with terms and dates, set for other universities of Uzbekistan.

The document said that the university will accept 150 students to Bachelor courses and 75 students to Master courses.
