Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Commercial bank Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan will increase its authorized capital by 35.59 billion soums.

The corresponding decision was made by the sole shareholder of Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan.

The authorized capital will be increased by 35.59 billion soums through reinvestment (capitalization) of part of the profits.

The bank will issue 30.42 million shares with a par value of 1,170 soums each.

As a result, the authorized capital of Ziraat Bank Uzbekistan will amount to 305.30 billion soum.
