The Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market registered additional emission of shares.

Within the emission, Zenit OJSC will emit 1,324,784 ordinary shares with par value of 500 soums. Total emission of shares will make up 662.392 million soums.

According to the company, the shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription. UzAvtoSanoat JSC will buy 185,470 shares and Continent Electronics LLC – 1,071,709 shares. Yuldashev S. will acquire 67,605 shares.

The company underlined that the charter capital of Zenit OJSC makes up 87.608 million soums and it comprises of 132,784 ordinary shares.

Main activity of Zenit OJSC is production of goods of production-technical purpose, consumer goods, non-standard equipment, wholesale and retail trade.
