Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to organize the activities of the Republican boarding school of cycling skills" was adopted.

The document was developed in accordance with the resolution of the President “On comprehensive measures to develop cycling”.

The total number of students in the boarding school is 100 people. Students are covered by the daily food allowance established for students of Olympic reserve colleges.

Starting from the 2022/2023 academic year, students who successfully pass the exams established for the types of cycling are annually admitted to the 5th grade of the Republican boarding school of cycling skills.

The main tasks of the boarding school:

selection to a boarding school on a competitive basis from among those who have completed the first course of sports training in children’s and youth sports schools, sports sections or other sports and educational organizations;

preparation of a sports reserve for participation in national and international competitions as part of national teams;

development in students of the skills and abilities necessary for participation in republican and international competitions;

providing the necessary organizational, educational, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, medical, biological and material and technical conditions for the high-quality training of sports reserves.

The staffing table for the management, technical, maintenance and instructor staff of the boarding school has been approved.

It was determined that the training of pupils of the boarding school is organized in general education schools located near the boarding school.
